Golden Hour Run 🌅 🏃🏻‍♀️

Slip out midweek for an easygoing run at Sloan’s Lake — a simple way to get some fresh air, loosen up your legs, and meet a few new faces.

You can choose a 2–4 mile loop on flat, beginner‑friendly paths, and all paces are welcome — walk/run, jog, or pick up the pace if you’d like. The group gathers at 6:30 PM at Sloans Lake Sheridan parking for a few minutes of conversation, a quick intro and group photo at 6:35 PM, then the run rolls out at 6:40 PM.

Expect a relaxed, low‑pressure feel and time to linger around 7:10 PM for a casual post‑run hang if you’d like to stick around. Come on your own or with a friend — you’ll have company either way.

If you enjoy tracking your miles, you can also follow the group on Strava using the organizer’s link.
