Payment terms
A few clear rules for experiences you reserve and pay for on 2nd Summit. Partner-ticketed events follow the partner's own terms.
Pricing
The price shown on the experience is what you pay per person, in US dollars. Your total is that price multiplied by the number of spots you reserve. There is no separate booking fee on 2nd Summit.
Holding your seats
When you continue to payment, we hold your seats for 15 minutes while you finish checkout. If payment isn't completed in that window, the hold ends and those spots return to the roster for someone else.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a paid reservation from your account and receive a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts. Inside that window, self-serve cancel isn't available — please sign in and reach out through your confirmation email, or write us at hello@2ndsummit.org.
How payment works
Card and other payment methods are processed by Stripe on our site. Your reservation is confirmed when payment succeeds. Free experiences and partner-ticketed events do not use these payment terms.
